Opus is driven by the many individuals and groups who create, innovate and collaborate with us, but at the heart of our organisation are three core teams of people which steer the direction of our work in Sheffield and beyond.
These are our Hand Board, Heart Board & Head Board.
The Hand Board comprises our current employees and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company.
The Heart Board is made up of former employees, supporters, stakeholders, friends and advocates of the company and is responsible for ensuring that Opus operates true to its social mission and its stated company values.
The Head Board is a group of experienced professionals with expertise in a variety of fields. It is a technical board which supports the work of Opus through its collective knowledge and experience, as well as scrutinising business decisions, and taking a balanced and responsible view of finances.
